Happy New Year to all!! I have been reviewing 2011 and again realizing how awesome God is in answering prayer. Just wanted to share a huge praise with you...Jeff's brother, Jody, has been in bondage to alcohol and other addictions for over 40 years. He went to a treatment center in June. On June 27, I was fasting and praying. I prayed that he would be kept in the treatment center for 6 months (usually they only keep them 30 days & he has no money to pay for it). On Wednesday, December 27 (6 months to the day!), Jeff and his brothers moved Jody to an assisted living in Ellsworth and he hasn't had a drink since June. It is a true miracle that he is even alive, but to be sober for 6 months because he has gotten help is God's cherry on top! Very encouraging for me. I'm praying God is speaking to each of you in a real way. Can't wait to see you all and celebrate in January! Love and God's peace to each of you!!
I want to share with you that God has healed my spine! I have been struggling with lower back pain and quite severe pain across my shoulders and into my neck. I was watching a Kim Clement presentation and suddenly he started praying for spines. I felt a huge welling up in my spirit to claim a healing in my spine via this annointed prayer. I felt a soft movement in my back and I have had no pain since that time. Praise the Lord. He is so merciful. I wasn't asking for a "GRAND healing", it was just a little complaint and God so graciously brought His healing grace to me. God is so good. Faith is a choice. Never give Up! smiles
